  This is an example of a Rule. It is setup through the Admin link on the top. From there the administrator an click on Manage Rules, Manage Welcome Message, Manage Bulletins, etc. The tool allows you to enter them, and save it without publishing. When you are happy with the content and layout, you can publish your items. They are then visible to your members.

You can embed images to your rule. You do this by uploading an image to your scratch pad and reference the image from there.

Further more you can add multiple images.

Note that you create an entry like this per rule. You can also group your rules into a single entry like this. The flexibility is there but bear the contraint of only 5000 characters per entry.
