It is your responsibility to read these terms of service and use before using ezScoreboard.com or any partner site. If you use this site, you agree to these terms of service and use. If you do not agree, then do not use the site. Hamba, Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to re-read these terms periodically and agree to the changes. Your continued use of ezScoreboard.com or its partner sites following the posting of changes to these terms mean that you accept all changes.

Use of Materials
This site is operated by Hamba, Inc. No material from ezScoreboard.com or any Web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Hamba, Inc. may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that (i) you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices, (ii) you make no modifications to the materials, (iii) you do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with or endorsement of any product, service, opinion, cause or anything else, (iv) you do not download quantities of materials to a database that can be used to avoid future downloads from a Hamba, Inc. Web site. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Hamba, Inc, or its partners.

Leagues and Ladders
The Scoreboard system supports various leagues and activities. The administrators of these activities provide forms that should be filled in prior to participating in any activity. When you sign up for an activity with an organization, the system will let you know whether any forms need to be printed, signed, and then mailed in. The Scoreboard system is able to display forms with your details listed on the form. Using your browser you can print these forms and mail it to the address listed on the form. Please check with your administrators if you have any questions.

You can access forms by clicking on the 'Forms' link found on the home page of each activity. Note, that you must be registered with the activity in order to access and print any forms.

Disclaimer
The information on this site is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Hamba, Inc. does not warrant that the functions on this web site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the servers that provide information on this site are free of viruses or other harmful components. Hamba, Inc. further does not warrant that use of information from this site is correct, accurate, or reliable. The user assumes the entire cost of servicing, repair, or correction.

Hamba, Inc. will make every effort to work with your activity administrators to help in keeping the information up to date, but cannot guarantee it. Similarly we attempt to keep the site free of viruses and other harmful components, but cannot guarantee that they will not be uploaded intentionally or unintentionally by members or others.

Liability Limitation
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Hamba, Inc. be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, that result from the use of, or inability to use this site or related partner sites.

Note, you should check with your activity administrator to identify all risks associated with participating in activities administered through this site. Please evaluate all risks before registering for an activity and confer with your administrator if you have any questions.

The terms and conditions on this page are the terms and conditions under which you may use the Hamba, Inc. (the “EZ”) website (“EZ Site”) and services offered thereon. Please read these terms and conditions carefully; your use of the EZ Site indicates your acceptance of them. The EZ may change these terms and conditions periodically by posting the amended terms on the EZ website. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for any such amendments.

EZ Trademarks: Nothing herein shall be interpreted to mean, and the EZ does not grant to you, any right or license in any EZ trademark, tradename, service mark, insignia, slogan, name, emblem, logo, symbol, design and or other identifying characteristics owned by or associated with the EZ, its subsidiaries or affiliates, in any manner whatsoever.

You acknowledge and agree that the EZ owns and shall retain all rights, title and interest in and to the EZ Content, including, without limitation, all copies thereof and all rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, tradenames and other intellectual property rights inherent therein and appurtenant thereto.

Disclaimer of Liability: The EZ Site may provide links to other sites maintained by parties other than the EZ (“Third Party Sites”), who are solely responsible for the content and materials on their Third Party Sites. The EZ makes no representations as to the content on the EZ Site, or any Third Party Site. The EZ assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the EZ Site or any Third Party Site. The EZ does not warrant that the functions contained on the EZ Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the servers that make the functions available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify the EZ for any and all damages, liabilities, costs, charges and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that the EZ may incur as result of your breach of these terms and conditions or in any way relating to your conduct with any other user or viewer of the EZ Site.

Governing Law/Dispute Resolution: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. You agree that any disputes relating to these terms and conditions or the use or content of the EZ Site will be resolved by arbitration brought in Chicago, Illinois, and conducted pursuant to the Dispute Resolution Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision rendered by the arbitrator shall be final, binding and conclusive, and judgment may be entered upon such decision by any court.

Severability: In the event that any portion of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions, which will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between EZ and the users and viewers of the EZ Site. The terms and conditions do not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or other relationship other than as expressly stated herein. No prior agreements, discussions or understandings, whether or oral or written, including, without limitation, past versions of these terms and conditions, will be binding on the EZ.

Agreement Modification: The EZ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any portion or portions of these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is entirely your responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time to become aware of such changes.
